Hello, 

We are collaborating with The Lancet Commission on Global Hearing Loss to collect data on the utilization of ototoxic medications (aminoglycoside and chemotherapy agents) and referral/care pathways for ototoxicity management in a variety of global healthcare settings. We will use these data to inform current research efforts to improve understanding of the global risk and caseload of ototoxic hearing loss. We are seeking survey respondents who practice primarily in low- and middle-income countries or other resource-limited settings.
